廚房試作核融合瑞典男面臨坐牢

試圖在自家廚房建造核子反應爐的瑞典男子三日遭逮捕，他辯稱純粹出於興趣與好奇。

卅一歲的韓德爾表示，自己擁有放射性元素鐳、鎇及鈾，花了好幾個月在家中試圖建造核反應堆，還在部落格上分享實驗結果，包含如何在火爐上模擬小型核融合。
　　
後來他意識到實驗可能違法，寫信詢問瑞典原能會，收到的回復是警方親自登門。
　　
韓德爾表示，「我一直對物理和化學深感興趣，只是想試試能否在家中進行核分裂。」
　　
盡管警方未在韓德爾家中偵測到具危險的輻射能量，韓德爾仍因「未經授權擁有輻射物質」被控。
　　
若罪名成立，韓德爾將面臨罸款或最高兩年的牢獄之災，他說，「從現在起，我還是只研究理論就好了。」

I think it's fission in this case, fusion requires higher energy to ignite...

Does nuke fusion require radioactive fuel source? Is it fusion or fission they are talking about here? Probably no conviction here. Dumbass police makes arrest regardless. They don't understand what's 'radioactive' what's 'fusion' and 'fission' thye just like to arrest and beat people up. Perfect excuse LOL.

i only don't understand if he 意識到實驗可能違法 (which most likely it is..especially after the Japan incident)..why he still 寫信詢問瑞典原能會....can only say...TOO bad for him...he should have just get permission BEFORE he tries...
