It would not be easy,you have to order several dishes to determine the overall quality and consistency of food;then, depends on the allowable budget, a proper meal with multiple dishes and wine is not cheap. A food critic
may get $50 per meal which is not adequate at all.
My old classmate used to work at a chain restaurant. She had a monthly allowance to dine out at other restaurants, and she picked up all the tabs at our gathering. Too bad she now got a different job now.
I believe this is a good way to promote Richmond. Other than food, is there anything else that can really attract tourists coming to Richmond (night market could be one)?
When we traveled (自駕游) in Japan, food was often one of the top reasons we visit a particular place or restaurant. Sometimes the restaurant was far off and we had to walk a long way (from where we parked) to find it.
