[中餐館] 被遺忘嘅茶樓點心.... 糯米, 消失

今日同朋友傾開, 原來有好多茶樓點心都消失咗架喇~ 睇下各位覺得有D咩點心係已經消失咗架呢..
我好耐無見過呢D點心喇.... 各位老友呢?

蒸類:

1. 灌湯餃 (我意思係一籠2隻, 個皮黃黃哋色, 每隻有塊鐵片盛住, 面頭乾身, 入面有湯嗰D呢, 唔係依家"爛"貴一盅一隻嗰種"湯浸餃"呀!)
2. 鵪鶉蛋燒賣
3. 糯米包 (呢, 黃色皮, 圓碌碌架呢..)
4. 雞絲粉卷
5. 雞絲腸粉
6. 牛骨髓
7. 牛雜 (呢, 同埋架粥車一齊賣架呢...)
8. 蝦醬鮮尤
9. 薑蔥牛肉餃
10. 糯米雞 (好大隻用荷葉包住嗰D呀, 入面好多餡好多汁嗰D, 唔係珍珠雞呀~)

煎炸類:

1. 煎鮮竹卷
2. 煎腸粉 (逐條煎嗰D呀, 唔係依家個D"事頭婆煎腸粉"同"XO醬煎腸粉"呀!) <-- 不過, 好似金天鵝同紅鶴有....
3. 錦滷雲吞 (呢, 用春卷皮包住D咁多餡再炸, 跟住有一大兜甜酸汁, 個汁入面仲有叉燒同埋尤魚架呢...)

甜品類:

1. 芝麻卷 (菲林呀~)
2. 橙汁卷
3. 豆沙角
4. 炸奶黃包
5. 炸馬蹄條

btw, have you ever heard of a dish named 海王脆皮炸豆腐??? it was served at 方太小廚 (in
旺角／太子)  ages ago....i couldn't find the recipe on internet....

I make them  with  Vietnamese rice paper, so you can eat the wrappers as well

記得以前去酒樓飲茶會有炒銀針粉食 , 時至今日去飲茶好似已經唔多見佢嘅芳蹤 !

呢個絕對是小弟既童年回憶來的~
當年同死鬼阿麻兩條友去地踎茶樓飲茶, 我最愛就係糯米包, 一來飽肚(一籠有三個), 二來我真係覺得好好食, 好香的, 好似比平時的糯米飯更香.

上年在Richmond 食過，麻麻地。
香港近年也差了，好多年前試過潮江春(香港) 午市的灌湯餃，皮薄而韌有咬口，用料足湯汁鮮甜.....

10. 糯米雞 (好大隻用荷葉包住嗰D呀, 入面好多餡好多汁嗰D, 唔係珍珠雞呀~) - I want to find them too! I hate mini one. esp one with bamboo leaves.  <-- Cambie 紅鶴有

煎炸類:
1. 煎鮮竹卷 No. 5 & cambie 幸運 <-- 呢個紅鶴都有, 好似話金天鵝都有, 不過就有待考證


甜品類:
1. 芝麻卷 (菲林呀~) - LOVE them!!! Where?! <-- 紅鶴有! 我個friend 仲打包左俾我, 但我覺得就厚左D囉~ 同埋唔夠Q~

4. 雞絲粉卷 - had it at Royal Dinner and Dance 麗豪歌舞酒家. but it was BAD
5. 雞絲腸粉
6. 牛骨髓 - easier to find bone marrow in western restaurant than chinese restaurant these days.
7. 牛雜 (呢, 同埋架粥車一齊賣架呢...) -麗豪 had it but it was just soso
8. 蝦醬鮮尤 - ordered it somewhere here but forgot
9. 薑蔥牛肉餃
10. 糯米雞 (好大隻用荷葉包住嗰D呀, 入面好多餡好多汁嗰D, 唔係珍珠雞呀~) - I want to find them too! I hate mini one. esp one with bamboo leaves.

3. 豆沙角 - some chinese bakery has it. but not as good as fresh one from dim sum places.
4. 炸奶黃包
5. 炸馬蹄條
