not really wor! There are a lot of good food around. You just have to find them.
Lot more restaurants tell where they source their meat, vegetables and seafood now. It's a good trend.
I am NOT a healthy eater. I eat fatty meat (beef, lamb, pork, chicken, fish, oyster..etc) and pasta...etc
As big C sister said, I just want to leave the quota for the yummy dine outs.
I also don't believe in packaged health food. btw farmer's market is fun and not as expensive as ppl think. It's just take effort to go there to shop and plan for the meals.
