這樣可以申請EI嗎 ？ 收入, 工作

老闆話唔夠生意，需要layoff，出埋ROE - shortage of work. 然後數星期後，問我能否每周工作至多兩天(不論已任何受顧形式)，當生意回來後，再轉回全職。
每周工作兩天的收入，只是全職收入的25%，如此情況下，EI 還會付錢給我嗎 ？
我應該繼續收EI ? 不接受兼職，還是收兼職人工，然後向政府報告有關收入？

I don't think which employer matters.  It is quite common for previous employer to have left over work.

what's the result after your own calculation?  I think in most case, doing the part-time and then report it back to EI will results in better income.

So, it will apply even I'm working part time for the same employer (the one who layoff me few weeks ago) ?

Depends on how much you earn and how much you can claim... If you want some spare time, having EI benefit should be the way to go...
