準備要買 steak 去同事屋企 BBQ
請問邊度既 steak 靚呢？

Even for the same grade of Canadian steak AA, AAA etc.
there is big different between DRY AGING and VACUUM AGING,
I buy mine HANG DRY AGING for 21 day, that is for Carnivore.
vacuum aging? no thanks

Costco is good, reasonable price with reasonable quality. 肉屋 is expensive. Try M & M meat.

costco steak is the most reasonably priced and good quality. Ask friends who have membership to go with you if you don't have membership yourself.
