I don't know why... recently i have lost total control over my diet.... i just keep eating and eating even though i am full.... to let you guys know how bad it is, i made a tiramisu today and i ate 4/5 of it in less then 12 hrs, drank 4 packs of vita lemon tea, 3 cans of coke zero, and ate pasta for dinner.... on other days, i would stuff myself with my normal 3 meals, and on top of that, 1 orange, 1 chinese pear, 1 banana, hot dogs, and if available, chocolate after every meal... with coke zero throughout the day! Some nights when i am craving for crunchy foods, i'll break up an instant noodle and finish it all... that's insane!
I don't know what have happen but i used to be a girl that lose 30 pounds... i am afraid that i'll go back to my old ways....
since psychotherapy is really expensive in hk... i am just wondering if any LYKs had this kind of experience and can share how did u come over it....
damn i want to go grab a fruit and some tiramisu again! I don't know what to do....
Thanks for all your help... just so that you know i am not purging.... that's bulimia and if i have a choice, I do hope i have that instead since it keeps me at my normal weight level...
yea ever since chinese new year i've been out of control... my vacation is coming up and loads of good food... hopefully i'll have more self control since i m staying at my friend's place and i can't go to their fridge and nibble all the time...
Stop drinking coke zero.
I read from somewhere online that diet pop mess up with our body way of counting calories and would actually make us want to eat more then usual.
just dont store any chocolates, lemon tea, chips, candy, ice cream, cake at home. and just buy normal grocery and fruits. so when you want to binge, there is nothing BAD you can binge on.
also sometimes when you are thirsty, you body will mixed up and make you feel hungry. so drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated!
and whatever you do with your diet, dont forget to exercise... i hate people who just watch what they eat but sit at home like a couch potato.
keep an eating journal, bring it everywhere you go, write down what you ate and how much.
before you go to bed, read it over again and see how much you have eaten. it is sort of a self-regulation behaviour: if your diary says you eats too much in a day, try to control and watch what you eat tomorrow.
it is all very beneficial. =) I hope you will get better!!
