Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts - Bistro 101 is fully booked. I'm not saying this restaurant is great nor bad I think just because of the price it's popular choice.
Well, the whole dine-out thing sure not as popular as before. But I think this year there are more new restaurants participate. I think if we see this as a chance to dine in high end restaurant with cheaper price, we would be disappointed for the most part. But I try to see this as an opportunity to try out new smaller restaurant may be will find some good surprise.

only 2 are fully booked on wkends, wkdays ok.
3 others first come first serve, not available for booking.
compare to few years ago, the famous ones were fully booked on the first date .
now the famous ones are all backed out.
