請問香港警方：只有9萬多人的遊行又如何塞滿由維園至金鐘的道路，而還有站滿兩個足球場的人未出來？

For most law enforcement in the world, we all have to follow the guidelines such that information are presentable in the court. Without an exact headcount, we cannot provide a number by guesstimating the crowd.  This guideline gives us an specific number of people in an defined area for any public events. For example in this case (15k people in one soccer field area).

Do keep in mind. This guideline are for ANY public events, ie seated with chairs, no chairs, or even people piggy back another person. This number of people per area is still the same. So that one day in count, the deference council will not able to falsify this number as evidence by saying this number is not true (by headcount: close to truth is still NOT the truth) because this number per area is justified by the law.

【80歲黃伯被警帶走】

警方繼續於遮打道進行清場行動，集會人士不乏長者，警方
以輪椅將行動不便長者帶離，80歲的黃伯便是其中一個留
守遮打道的集會人士，他剛被警員抬離現場，現場集會人士
向他報以掌聲，又高呼：「多謝伯伯」，最後黃伯被抬上輪
椅送離。

早前他接受香港獨立媒體網訪問時表示，因見到學生的勇敢，使自己連「槍炮都不怕」
