basically the seminar is stating that Crude Oil is picked as method to control all of us during the Sixty's. Oil producing countries like Saudi Arabia etc listened to the boss at New York and London to determine the oil price. They were told to buy US National Debt and GOLD in return. Behind the curtain was IMF and World Bank, which collects the money and lend it to the third world countries. With the oil dollars are USD based, we pay our gas and indirectly funding the these parties, and making huge (in trillion as per year) profits. While our living standards are going to be third world like because of the National debt, high gas price and all commodities that involve gas i.e. transportation, food etc
Note: it also covers how Iraq was set up during the Ninty's regarding the Gulf War, and why Iraq and Iran was targeted as threat. These 2 countries are the second and third largest oil producers in the world, but not signed to join the agreement during 1960. Iran threated that he will spread the whole world with cheap oil, and denominated the oil dollars in Euro, other than USD. Which means that US will not be the superpower in the world any more.

coz US Companies own the oil sands... not Canadian Companies...
