Vacation in HK Vacation

Hihi,

I was planning to go to HK during Christmas for about 4 weeks.  I used to live in hotels and friends' houses during my trip, but this time I'm going with someone else and it's just not that convenient. Is there a place for rent or anything for a month? Just want some place to live that's cheaper than a hotel and not too rural please!!

that sucks >< n it's pretty expensive considering nthg is included....might as well live in a hotel n live big then.

i dont think that place is convenient.  my parents live across from there....  there is seriously nth near by, not even a 7-11.  and if u get home late, tsuen wan MTR to there will be about $50 bux for riding taxi.

its totally not recommended if u dont drive.

hung hom have service apartments, but they cost about 13000-15000 right now for a month. and there is also ma on shan which is under 10k.   but its also a pain to get to any where.

i lived at a place called 汀蘭居, itz close to Tsuen Wan, free shuttles from there to (vice versa) Tsuen Wan MTR everyday every hour till 12 midnite, or there're those "green stripe" vans that go to Tsuen Wan too, quite convenient.  Last time I lived for a month, the room (for 2 people) was like $8000 hk for a month somewhere around there.  but the only service they provide is clean-up twice a week, they dun provide anything like toilet paper or soap etc, u gotta buy those urself.  itz not bad, if u want a kitchen and internet access, add $4000 hk more.  itz a 'resident style' hotel.  sorry i've lost the info already, but prob u can look it up..
