A leading web hosting company and we are looking for people who want a career in customer services and who want to be the best in the business.
Job Description:
You will be working in our head office providing Level I technical support assistance to clients via telephone, email support and Live Chat. You will be responsible for providing support to Level I sales and technical issues and escalate tickets and calls to senior personnel when necessary.
Education, Skills and Experience:
• Web Hosting Support Experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• An excellent command of English, able to communicate effective, both orally and in writing
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center
• Good knowledge of customer service principles, techniques, systems and standards
• Internet and computer skills to include but not limited to:
- General knowledge of the Internet including surfing and how to search terms using search engines such as Google.
- Knowledge and ability to use Internet Browsers such as Internet Explorer or Firefox
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs: Word, Excel
- Familiarity with Email Clients (eg. Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc.) a plus
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS and/or other scripting languages a plus
- Familiarity with file transfers via the Internet (FTP) a plus
