由新買到現在, 只換engine oil, air filter, rear brake pads once, & brake fluid flush/replace once, 4 new all season tires

由新買到現在, 都沒換過前brake pads

奇怪﹐front brake pads可以這麼耐用嗎? 雖然拖波拖到七彩

I think more than half of the people won't drive 50km/h in city!  But what piss me off is some people drive at 40 something and still step on the brakes... Of course heel toe is not for the average joe driver...if you can't do an emergency stop during heel toe you shouldn't do it at all cuz you cannot control the car!  You don't need to drive near redline to use heel toe, you can use this technique for smoothness too, do you see the point?  I've been driving stick for so many years now everything comes as second nature.  Did your driving instructor tell you to check for pedestrians way before you turn?  That's driving 101.

度比較的話,ENGINE OIL TEMP 遠高於TRANNY OIL TEMP。

  The tranny won't blow up right away but eventually you wear the clutches inside much quicker than normal.  Even the slightest downshift, say 2000rpm diff, there will be wear and tear.  Tranny is not hot?  Man...you should feel the tranny fluid coming out a car after it's been drove around.  Of course it won't be close to engine oil temp but still it's pretty warm.  What do you think tranny fluid coolers are for?  Heat is big killer for auto trans, and if you don't change the fluid often, it's even hotter with more friction.

現在很多人喜歡效能駕駛。用最少資源﹐成本﹐來達到最理想效果﹐頗有趣的。
例如每天某人都要由A點駕駛到B點。效能駕駛者只消耗一公升GAS﹐少量BRAKE。
但RETARD駕駛者會耗多於一公升GAS﹐大量BRAKE
係又BRAKE﹐唔係又BRAKE﹐過彎無離頭又BRAKE﹐RETARD駕駛者唔識拖波﹐淨係識D波
行一世。

"Heel-toe or heel-and-toe double-declutching is used before entry into a turn while a vehicle is under braking, preparing the transmission to be in the optimal gear to accelerate out of the turn. One benefit of downshifting before entering a turn is to eliminate the jolt to the drivetrain, or any other unwanted dynamics. The jolt will not upset the vehicle as badly when going in a straight line, but the same jolt while turning may upset the vehicle enough to cause loss of control if it occurs after the turn has begun. Another benefit is that "heel-and-toeing" allows you to downshift at the last moment before entering the turn, after you have started braking and the car has slowed, so the engine speed when the lower gear is engaged will not be too high."

It's not really "needed" in the city...but at the same time a lot of "performance cars" are not "needed" too.

踩brake過彎 is common sense ..  even driving 4 times more HP ..  I still 踩brake過彎 ...  rather then 拖波 ..  $2K for brake is better then $15K for tranny ...
I guess I am old now... lol .. I was driving like an idiot when I was teenage too .. Rx7 .. Celica GTS . AE86 .. CRX .. Sirroco .. 325 ..  those aggresive days were gone ..

行街我都會rev-match/heel toe不過唔係成日做，得閒練習下我覺得做下無妨，適當地heel toe/rev match我覺得對部車唔會有咩大傷害，我亦唔會話度住度住部車o徒油左幾多，可能因為我唔係渣d 咩靚車，死氣喉唔會噴d 兩蚊銀又或者五蚊紙出黎。

我覺得人地講heel toe/rev match既時候唔好即時聯想起人地係熱血青年，亦無需要即時同speeding/idiot之類劃上等號囉。
