I just received an email today regarding a post made by our members.

我集團在主席楊受成博士帶領下，現已成為一間從事地產、酒店、金融、娛樂電影、出版印刷、飲食及零售的多元化的上市集團，在香港和世界各地享有良好的聲望。近日，我集團發現貴公司運營的網站上載有包含對楊受成博士之不實陳述和攻擊性的言論。

上述網頁登載的言論內容嚴重失實，包含大量人身攻擊及冒犯性之內容。這些不實的陳述在公眾領域和商務領域給楊受成先生造成了極其負面的影響，已導致並可能進一步導致楊受成先生之名譽受損。

我集團認為貴司對所營運之網站所登載的內容應履行合理的審查和注意義務，當發現侵權行為時，應有責任及時採取技術措施，制止侵權內容的存在和傳播。

現我集團要求貴司：

1、於2008年12月12日下午17：00之前刪除有侵權資訊的頁面，並確保該頁面不能夠被繼續訪問。
2、收到本函7天之內：提供給我集團上傳或發表上述帶有侵權內容言論之公司/個人的註冊資料（名稱、聯絡方式等）、IP位元址等詳細資訊。
   
鑒於以上，希望貴司能夠及時履行作為互聯網服務提供商應盡的義務。

if any member here said anything break the laws, AND IF THE COURT REQUESTED WITH THE LEGAL PROCESS, admin can hand that member's info to court. LYK will not have any problem if admin obey the court and the law

Honestly I think Admin should just lock this thread.  This is a possibly legal matter for which Admin and the other member in question are possibly liable: it's unfair for other members to start digging about any issue other than the legal problem, like who posted the material and what it contained.  There's a broad consensus (except the above comment) that Admin should not hand over any information unless there is a Canadian legal request to do so: I doubt there's much more help that's going to come by keeping this thread alive.

過往有好多人被人ban左﹐跟住走埋
