Snow sports...

What do you do in winter time...  who do ski / snowboard / snowshoe?  any chance for LYK to organize some actions in the white winter wonderland like?  we did organized few whistler trip here before.

For me, I'm into skiing.  I will be doing nite skiing with friends on Grouse every Wednesday (plus whatever days I'm available and weather permits).  And almost every Sunday, some of us will carpool to Whistler.  If you ski or snowboard, free few to join us for some turns.  Even if you're beginner on ski, few of my friends are certified ski instructors and willing to help you to start.  One of my friend is also a snowboard instructor but he goes Whistler only.

I just want to see more LYK enjoying snow activities.  I started skiing about 6 years ago and really enjoy it.  Some day I would like to learn snowborad too.

I agree that Cypress is pretty expensive. 56+tax for a day pass. That's why I rather go to Whistler. I had the Y2Play pass for Grouse since it is the cheapest for local mountain. When it goes to the end of season, you should consider that (usually Feb/Mar).

Surreal, enjoy your snowboard trip. Too bad I'm still stuck in my office. Where are you going?
