I went to Empire Clinic (which is in the same mall as the Empire supermarket in Richmond). They are a legit massage place which you can claim for acupuncture and RMT treatments. If you are claiming for the extended health care from your employer, they probably will ask you to buy 10-20 hours package with an average about $40 (or 42.. i forgot) per hour and sometimes they have discounts (e.g., 1 hour free). I had been there for last 2 years and so far so good.

there is a place in richmond on Alexandra road, right outside of the mall @ twinkles. my bf goes there for lower back massage because he has back pain... it's $30 for 45 min or a hr. i know they offer foot massages as well but i don't know the price. really good if you want strong lower back massages
the best way to find proper message therapists is to look for Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) in British Columbia. they charge about $1 per min. (e.g. $45 for a 45 min session)
