Beside typical Asian foods such as (Japanese/Hotpot,etc)

I wonder what are some good great best restaurants in Vancouver??

Italian/Indian/Steakhouse/Mexician/Thai, etc..

Oh... and any good Korean restaurants?

banana leaf is one of the few (I do mean one or two) restaurants my cook's friend likes and he is very picky about food.  Most restaurant I took him to he does not like.

i like banana leaf (malaysian food) on broadway....the one closer to ubc, not the one on cambie....found a worm in my salad....

Good idea, just that I live in Seattle now, and I know many good non-chinese rest here, but it was the other way when I was in Van.

I just feel like wanting to try some good places in Van and see how it compares to Seattle here.

Go out and explore.  Don't ask.   

That's what I did.  drive around and pick any place on the road and go in have dinner.  TRY anything!

There's a wonderful Mexican food place called "Andale's" on W. Broadway.

i like baru on 10th and alma... very small place... very good latino american food ^^
