[意大利菜] Frozen Sole Fillet- 1~2 person health Food
UNEXPECT GOOD TATES OF FROZEN SOLE FILLET (Real Italian Cooking-simple )
Frozen Sole Fillet, Tomato x 2, Cilantro, Sea Salt
Pan fry the rinsed frozen sole fillet ( no need to defrost) without oil.
After the ice defrosted (2~3 minutes at high of electric range) put the sliced tomato in the pan and cover it for another2~ 3 minutes cooking.
Add in the chopped cilantro and sea salt when done. If you like add few drop of oil (before transfer to the plate) or olive oil when eat.
Tips :
Do not turn the fillet but the tomato.
Do out add soy sauce but sea salt or table salt. |
