menstrual cup

Have anybody use it before?
I just use the traditional pad for all my life but I'm going on a cruise next week and expecting my perid this week or the lastest next week.

So debating rather I should purchase a tampon or menstrual cup...
Do you need to go to doctor to "insert" the menstrual cup or DIY is fine?

講到好似落仔0甘既? 哈哈..

我之前都煩M到.. 因為 去玩先要搞d 0甘既野... 當然, 我都係好 last minute 揾醫生, BCP 太遲啦, 唔可以幾日前食... plan B 佢冇 suggest 我, 佢叫我自己pray .... 結果, .... 係我要玩得開心, 又要顧埋姨媽啦....  可能我自己飲左凍野.... 話0黎就0黎.... =(
