港女貪傲虛榮：13歲女網上援交 學生馬伕被捕 未成年少女, 青少年

【明報專訊】網上援交行為愈益氾濫，不單有未成年少女出賣肉體，更有中學生涉嫌當「網絡淫媒」圖利。為打擊這類不法活動，警方今年4月再度展開「搜鯨」行動，尋獲20名未成年援交少女，最年幼者只得13歲，並拘捕6名「網上馬伕」。

警方強調，無論知情與否，與未成年少女發生性行為，最高可被判終身監禁，警方在暑假期間會重點打擊同類罪行，並計劃與多個網站合作，要求禁止刊登援交廣告，並呼籲青少年守法及潔身自愛。

搜鯨第二波 尋20少女6網上馬伕

主力調查網上援交的西九龍總區重案組第五隊總督察鍾志明表示，西九龍警區去年7至9月展開「搜鯨」第一波行動，打擊網上援交行為，當時拘捕16人，包括有組織的賣淫集團骨幹成員，並尋獲10多名被操控賣淫的未成年少女。

警方發現網上援交活動依然活躍，並從集團操控轉為「個體戶」發展，今年4月再展開第二波「搜鯨」行動，共尋獲20名13至16歲未成年少女，當中大部分是學生，個案已轉交社會福利署跟進，並考慮申請青少年保護令，將少女交由法庭判決。

入侵正經討論區 公然「出讓女友」

警方同時拘捕4男2女的「網上馬伕」，年齡大多是20餘歲，其中一人更是中學生。「他們是新興的『淫媒』，經常在網上聊天室、MSN流連，利誘未成年少女賣淫，同時向嫖客推介，協助安排交易地點。援交每次收費約800至1600元，馬伕從中抽取200至300元。」鍾志明說，6人將被控操控女子賣淫罪名。

鍾志明承認，打擊網上援交活動有困難，最可怕是援交少女的心態已扭曲，「她們大多認為『援交』非賣淫，只是交友，且有權選擇客人」。另外，援交廣告無孔不入，由過往在色情、性交易討論區張貼，現已入侵到正經的交友、搵工討論區，甚至二手買賣討論區。鍾說：「有人在二手買賣討論區貼上『出讓女友』帖子，內容則列明年齡、身材、收費及服務，明目張膽。」

倡業界訂守則 援交廣告列非法

西九龍總區防止罪案辦公室主任徐睿聯總督察表示，警方今年初在5個有援交廣告的網站刊登「警方呼籲」，力勸少女珍惜自尊，勿為金錢出賣肉體，並警告網民，與未成年少女發生性行為屬嚴重罪行，效果理想。警方正聯絡另外6個網站，希望可刊登呼籲及禁止網民刊登援交廣告，或要求網站發現該類廣告時立即通知警方。

香港青年協會網站總監魏遠強則指「警方呼籲」出現後，很多網民想知道哪些交友網站張貼了該類呼籲，反而為該類網站免費宣傳。但他強調，這類「溫馨提示」有總較沒有好，他希望資訊業界訂立守則，甚至將援交廣告列作非法信息，禁止在網上發放。
