[其他飲食] HK style BBQ??

I was wondering if there's anywhere in BC or Richmond that allows u to hv an open fire like a HK style BBQ?
Cuz I've done it twice before, once in front of my church and once at Deas Island~

I think the restriction is for Camp-Fire, which is un-attended and burn for
hours.
I put foil tray on public BBQ pits,  fill them with real charcoal and set them on fire,
the cooking takes under 2 hours. And as long as you put out the fire after
you are done, you don't get into trouble.  I used to do it at Kitslano Beach,
and invited some cops to join the party too.

As far as I remember, you just have to call the fire dept for the permit to do this in Richmond (Say Garry Point)

Finally find a related link to Richmond.  Sounds true like Richmond is not good for open fire from 2005.
