I stayed at Phoenix Inn too last time, the location and their suite room is highly recommended.

When you guys book the hotel, do you guys put 4 guests or 2 guests? (when u have 4 people)

I usually start out with yahoo hotel search, then expedia, and check out the site directly!

I stayed at Red Lion in Vancouver, WA which is rite by Portland for a very good price last time, and it includes some decent breakfast compare to other smaller motels
