熱浪持續 民眾宜防曬防中暑          2009年7月27日

【明報專訊】盛夏熱浪襲來，溫哥華最近連日溫度在攝氏30度以上，這一高溫預計將持續到下周。專家提醒民眾防曬防暑，有中醫師則指，近期有市民中暑不適就醫。

溫哥華沿岸衛生局建議民眾多喝水及謹記使用防曬產品，並提醒大人勿將小孩單獨留在車內，因為日間溫度超過攝氏30度時，密閉的汽車可在20分鐘內，達到攝氏 52度的高溫，即使打開車窗，情況也不會好太多。而且近日大溫地區空氣質量指數為5，意味?有心臟或呼吸問題人士應限制戶外活動。

中醫師鍾廣平表示，近期亦有一些人因中暑不適就醫，有口乾、胃脹、腹瀉、胸悶等徵狀。在戶外工作或遊玩者，應避免長期停留在曝曬或通風欠佳的地方，老人及小孩尤其應注意防暑。

多吃生冷食物容易有暑濕及腸胃不適，過量飲水也會沖淡胃酸，造成水瀉。飲食方面宜清淡及選擇健脾胃的食物，如用花旗參泡茶、煲湯，可以補氣補津，蓮子、淮山、雲苓及炒扁豆等可健脾祛濕，冬瓜煲瘦肉湯也是很好的選擇，同時可多飲暖水和蘋果汁
