係喇﹐D食店將來收 12% HST﹐又多數唔會實數報上稅局﹐即係無形中比而家仲賺多 7%﹐發喇﹐而家收那 5%都唔係人人全數報比稅局啦

his wife told me" only poor people have to pay tax"

It doesn't mean they have profit.
they need the cash flow, cafe is the easiest way to generate cash and 走数 too
