Speaking of raise I am still a bit pissed. I got 4% in 2006, but then for 2007 I was told that since only 3% was approved by the board for overall's salary increase for the entire company, and some people with very good performance (the leasing manager) were rewarded with a higher increase, I have to suffer from the increase of others and I got only 2.6% last year and theyd didn't even adjust my salary after I got my designation, I am definitely looking for another job before I return to work after mat leave.

I don't think I would work for a property management company. There should be lots of good opportunities for qualified accountants,including CRA and the BC government ministries.
