哈！中國有个成語故事「五十步笑百步」，令中國人笑足千多年，

现今卻係発展到「百步笑一步」！時代真的是不断向前的。相信本故事會令中國人笑足五千年吧！

I don't think it is laughable or something that you should cheer on.  It is a sad thing.  That's what US and all our human societies and counties have to improve.   

We, Chinese, should think about whether the justice system can prevent this kinda thing happen or how to improve.
