Pickup my 5dM3 today, CR2 > JPG at diff ISO

With very limited time, I did some sample shots today for at ISO 12800 and up using a 50mm f/2.5 Macro.

It was converted from Raw to Jpg with DDP. Noise Reduction is at default setting.  The NN version is saved after Noise Ninja

Just for fun.  This is done on the new camera.

With auto ISO and Liveview, I was able to take this photo with my lensbaby much easier.

The lensbaby is at f/4.

Ok ... make it simple, if you order from BH, and mail to B.C. then you only pay Canadian tax (HST/GST whatever) plus handling fee .. and duty .. depends on your luck.

If you go to BH store in NY, buy something, so pay the 9.5% state tax, and then when you bring the camera back, you suppose to pay the HST/GST/Duty etc ..

Well I bought a mark III, but he photo was done with a Mark II about 2 yrs ago.  It was to answer Happy Cow about the needs on high ISO IQ.  For those I do anyway.

I bought my locally at Kenmore Camera.

And by the way EL, where u get it? I haven't started research on pricing .. I ususually order from BH if I buy from US, not sure if better price from other store.

With all lights turned on at night you get an EV of 7 to 8. So at f2.8 you can do 1/125 at ISO 400 ...
