Excellent and fast service when I went to the Richmond office to renew my passport.

I went there on Dec 18 and there were only 2 customers in front of me. It was very quiet in the office and I was surprised to see full staff (every counter/booth had a staff). I was there at 1.15pm and finished with reviewing my application and payment and left the office by 1.40pm.

I got my new passport in the mail on Dec 30. But my application wasn't "rush". That was really fast. Good job.

Next time I will go to Richmond office for sure.
Last time I went to downtown office,
the whole procedure was line up after line up after line up.

I waited 4 hours Richmond and 2 months to get it in th mail. Lucky me I got the passport expired right at the peak of this "get passport craze".

The passport renewal process has really been improved lately.

About two months ago I was at the office near suburb of Toronto.  Within half an hour everything was done, and I got my passport two weeks after.

i got mine at sinclair center and i awaited around 1 hour in the morning and the passport was mailed to me in 2-3 weeks...
