Parking in Downtown Parking, Downtown

Hi, I am wondering where is cheapest to park in Downtown. Preferably near downtown harbor center. But further is ok too.

I know a place can park for $8 all day.

the parking on water street in gastown (next to the old storyeum) is $7 all day (early bird)

I usually parked at Richard and Pender.   I have not gone downtown for a long time so I do not know if they raise the price or not.

$6 early bird, in by 9am. That's the lot right beside harbor centre, entrance is on Cordova street.

Starting December, the harbor center parking changed their pricing, in by 8:30am to get early bird $6. Otherwise $10

There are two parking in richard and pender. One charges $9 (with attendents) and one charges $8 (easy park)

You know downtown parking pretty well.  I meant the one charges $8.  It used to charge only $5, the cheapest in downtown.

They used to charge $6 before Dec. I only know the parking near harbor center. I remember one of my friend told me there is parking for $4 only, more to the south side of the downtown though.
