If account is transferrable, my friend will not complain that Fido won't allow her to transfer her CityFido account to someone else.

cityfido is not transferable....but i guess other plans are...

man...if i am not on a rogers contract now...i would love to take this plan over....

called fido again and confirmed that the account is transferable, unless you are transferring the plan to someone who is not live in vancouver.  a fido city(van) plan cannot transfer to a toronto person, but they can offer something similar.  not sure about your friend. but my one is definitely  transferable.
