I think it is the Taiwanese Style tea cuisine restaurant, if memory serves me right,
it got closed down by Richmond Health Dept last for rodent infestation last year.

It was something like the CPHI spotted a rat in the food holding device, scary.
I have nothing against the place and never been inside. Just curious.
Aberdeen has rats =_= ... I saw 2 bb rats 2 yrs ago (so I am sure they have parents).. they have mom dad bro sis and bb.. big family.. not sure if they have grown up yet or not ne..~ We used to call them "micky's family"~
