menstrual cup

Have anybody use it before?
I just use the traditional pad for all my life but I'm going on a cruise next week and expecting my perid this week or the lastest next week.

So debating rather I should purchase a tampon or menstrual cup...
Do you need to go to doctor to "insert" the menstrual cup or DIY is fine?

i think you DIY.......... who would go to the doctor and ask them to change the tampon/menstrual cup every few hours....... LOL...

Nam, why do you want to switch it to the cup?? You might not find it comfortable.. especially if this is your first time use… you sure you can handle it?.. I mean.. do you know when will the cup full??  The best way is actually take the pills and delay it…

Aiya, I want to take pill but went to doctor today.  She said it's too late, I should have took the pill one month ago... ai...


And I have to go for a water tour for 6 hours so... not sure if tampon will last that long....

睇下第幾日啦~~頭一兩日麻煩D囉~~ 另一個方法for我自己既係食葯~~ 我一食reactine..或其它傷風葯~~ 親戚就會遲黎~~ 一停食就黎~~ haha~~ maybe just work for me~~ LOL
