林志玲瞞税上千万台幣

名模林志玲，被國稅局查到漏報所得稅，需要補稅加罰緩，總共上千萬，林志玲還特別為此，親自到財政部，向承審委員解釋，但訴願案，最後還是被駁回，志玲姐姐得乖乖繳稅，還有蕭薔也要補稅628萬的稅金。

今年七月初，名模林志玲走完秀後走到財政部，因為國稅局要求她補稅上千萬，雖然林志玲親自上門，但承審委員駁回訴願案，林志玲需要補稅加罰緩上千萬，林志玲經紀公司低調迴避，根據了解，裁罰的爭執點在於，林志玲主張她的收入屬於執行業務所得，但國稅局認定是薪資所得，差別在於執行業務所得依法可以扣除45% 必要費，包括置裝美容美髮，但薪資所得當時只能扣七萬五千元扣除額。

以年收入一千萬為例，執行業務所得要繳稅一百五十四萬，但薪資所得就要繳稅三百三十一萬，差了一倍多，同樣被追稅的女藝人還有蕭薔，國稅局盯上她漏報在大陸拍戲的所得，需要補稅加罰款六百二十八萬，國稅局查她九十二年總計所得一千三百萬卻漏報，藝人收入高，動輒上百萬甚至上億，想盡辦法節稅，最後還是得面對。
