報告：加國樓市重回「買家市場」          2009年10月2日

【明報專訊】豐業銀行(Scotia Bank)的經濟分析師昨天指出，加國樓市已經重回到「賣家市場」，原因是房屋銷售量增加以及放盤的個案有限，加西各省則是帶動樓市回升的主要力量。

根據昨天公布的「全球地產趨勢」，今年7月份的新屋售價上漲，這是自去年9月以來首次見到的現象。

It should be "seller's market" according to report on Vancouver Sun...

haha this is their typo.

It should be "seller's market" now.  One of my friends just bought a house and even though it was an old house, every one was bidding for it.  He ended up buying it at the price much higher than the asking price..

I checked neighborhood houses asking price ...  still ~ $200-300K less then ~2 yr ago ...
