Yes, it will be crazy.  I went once.  You better to go with two more people so when one shop, another will line up already because I once waited in line for cashier for more than 1 hour for one store.

Last year I went there it was -6 degree outside, but people were so crazy about this event. I even saw some women having themselves covered with a thick quilt while shopping around. So I suggest whoever that's going to dress warm, and try to bring the least amount of hand carry if possible.
