Ah interesting! Portable food stalls selling authentic Jap food. The inukshuk made of shipping containers is a nice gesture.

not gonna try cuz I saw the menu the ramen (noodle+soup) itself is $6-$7, then $1 per topping (bean sprout, bamboo shoot, corn, meat etc), means a basic bowl of noodle is going to be over $10...
