教煮餸-初學班

睇見大家講煮餸講得咁爽,不如開個post 教人煮餸啦,由家常便飯開始!

我本身係典型80 後,真係唔多識做家頭細務同煮飯,最近臨急抱佛腳,開始從頭學起,請大家賜教!

(基本嘅pre 都識嘅,來來去去都只係識蒸肉餅,蒸排骨,同煮麵,罐頭湯加料之類,最叻就係 butter chicken,無難度因為係用 premix powder,但呃到人LOL)

First step should learn how to cook the perfect pasta.  It can bring to many variety afterward.
Not asking you to make from scratch, just try cook different spaghetti, spaghettinni, angel hair, etc... Focus on the time and the right procedure, THEN you can try different sauces.  It's better to begin with just olive oil and some sea salt and pepper.

哈哈, 我都係鐘意懶人廚房多D~~ 例如肉醬意粉, 椒鹽豬扒炒飯 (food court 買既椒鹽豬扒切粒再炒飯), 蜜桃煎豬扒.....全部餸三十分鐘內搞惦!
