What is the difference of propaganda in China and in Canada?

OTTAWA - An MP's Sunday afternoon visit to a seniors' home. The federal purchase of powerful new military aircraft. A journalism student's innocuous query about Africa.

One thing connects them all — the Conservative government scripted each event using a potent but little-known communication tool called the Message Event Proposal..................

Can we even trust this Harper's Conservative gov't message anymore?  It's all scripted carefully to brainwash sheeps afterall.

Been quite busy with other stuff lately, so I haven't been keeping pacing with things as closely as I would like. But suffice to say, the single biggest difference between Canadian propaganda and Chinese propaganda is that the public are free to rebuke any Canadian propaganda as they see fit, without having to worry that they'll be shut down, silenced, or otherwise river-crabbed by the government.

Can the same thing be said about Chinese propaganda? Let's have Peter boy and Rocky dude tell us.

Lik, do you really want to discuss an issue or just try to make up your previous embarrassments? Unfortunately, I believe you will be disappointed again as the way you normally did.

Lik, do I have to teach you the basic concepts again before I can talk to you? I guess it is to your own benefits if you can spend some times to improve your knowledge before meaninglessly trying to challenge me as you normally do.

First, would you mind to look up the dictionary what “propaganda” means before embarrassing yourself?

Second, “political propaganda” is part of the government operations and built within its structures for every single government (recognized or unrecognized) around the world. If we start on this topic, it will be a long talk and I don’t think you have enough knowledge and understanding to challenge me.

Third, what you said about Canadian can rebuke propaganda without the fear of being targeted by government is actually the right of “free of expression”.

You don’t even have the understanding of basic concepts. Don’t waste my time. Boot up your knowledge first and come back to challenge me later.
