My friend was looking at a townhome he listed in Burnaby. Long story short the agent lied to my friend and denies his lies when my friend found out the truth. Very not honest...I don't know how much more lies he can tell.

Specifically, the townhome he was selling in Burnaby, he claims that a Caucasian family owns the place and he is selling for them (http://www.realtor.ca/propertyDetails.aspx?propertyId=9258340) In fact his family bought the place a few months ago at a very low price and is reselling it.  What he has done in itself isn't bad (buying a house and reselling it), but lying to prospective clients AND denying it afterwards is. My friend knows that they own the place because when they put in the offer sheet, they saw the name of the owners.

I don't get why he does it...but now he has my friend's place listed on mls even though my friend told him they are not listing with him anymore...

I think there is realtor association that you can complain to. I need to look around.

fyi  unless you have solid proof, otherwise i will suggest you to remove part of his name.  b/c he can sue you.  just be careful

This sale agent is stupid! All the details of the house will be show on the offer sheet, this make me laugh of what he tried to do.

On the other hand, your friend is lucky enough to find out about this. If the owner is someone else but still related to him, your friend will never know the truth. Just one question though, where is this agent born in?
