I don't know why still have many ppl talk on the phone when they drive!!!! Today weather is bad, I really hate those guy on the left lane talk on the phone and drive 30-40km.....

Yes, I HATE people talking on the phone with the phone holding in their hand while driving! In your case, it's still better than Catpiano driving @120km/hr! LOL
I understand that people might get lost and need to call someone etc. But PLEASE use any of the hands free device!!! Or just pull over to a safe spot and talk!!!

Aiya ..  no law in Alberta yet ar ma .. and even drivers here are not the greatest, but still not as bad as Richmond's C9 ..

haha... good question.
there are still a lot of people speeding when they know the speed limit is 50.  So... u get the idea.

I think driving fast on highway and talking on the phone is a little better than talking on the phon ...

Not quite. Drivers still need to beware of big and small animals crossing highways, and other dangerous drivers (other drivers talking on phone with the phone holding in their hands too, plus some drivers cutting lanes without shoulder checking...etc) endangering your own life. If talking on phone with it holding in hands are not a dangerous act, there wouldn't be a rule.

120km??? Now with new BC law 40+km will get your car towed if caught!!
