A stupid question

I know it would be a stupid question...but i really want to know where can i get the measuring spoon for the formula milk. I am going to change from concentrate milk to formula powder, but i couldn't find the spoon inside the can....is there anyway that i can measure how many powder that i need to mix with water....

Sorry for the stupid question

if you want free stuff...go to a pharmacy and asked them for measuring spoons...it's usually free...just tell them you need it for some liquid antibiotics

but the direction on the can only said (Standard dilution: 1 scoop for every 60mL of water), then what's 1 scoop...is the measuring spoon that can get from pharmacy has the right measurement?
