日本棄儲水方案開始排毒水 放射性, 核污染, 共同社, 香港

[明報] 福島第一核電站晚上7時03分(香港時間傍晚6時03分)，開始把11,500噸超標100倍的輻射水排入海中。

早前當地傳媒早前表示，明日才向大海排放輻射水。據東電稱，這些廢水的放射性物質濃度約是法定標準的100倍。

福島第一核電站營運商東京電力公司稱，公司一度計劃將4號機組的廠房等主要建築用作儲水設施，逐步把積水轉移，但已放棄這一計劃，決定把低度核污染廢水排放入海。

共同社稱，東電原本想以犧牲主要設備為代價，把廠房用作儲水設施以確保修復反應堆冷筢功能所需的作業場所，但之後發現4號機組的渦輪廠房與3號機組相連，無法用於儲水。

另有方案提出新建儲水槽或將廢水移送至鋼製浮體。東電認為這些方案能儲存的廢水有限，遂決定排水入海。此舉能否解決問題尚不明朗。

日本傳媒稱，晚上7時03分先排走1萬噸廢棄物處理施設施的積水，晚上9時才排走第5和第6號機組內的1500噸廢水。(綜合)

Don't why the tokyo electric co. didn't just abandon the plant and cover in cement once in for all... there is no way the plant can recover.

how can you rebuild a leaking reactor when the build fell over it. or rebuild the building when the reactor is leaking.
