Half basement of a beautiful house. 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room. Approx. 400 sq feet. Incl. Laundry, utilities. Super nice old chinese couple landlords! Prefer girl. A couple is ok. I am currently paying $500 for single.
I am getting married so moving out. I lived there for 6 yrs. Don't want to leave unless I have to . They always bring me food and soup. I feel bad moving out on them, so helping them to get someone else to move in.

Let me add some more description.
Location: Quite and classy yet convinent neighbourhood. East Vancouver by Earles and 41st or Kingsway.
Half basement of a large house.
Large living room window (lots of sunlight)
Seperate entrance
1 Bedroom with ensuite full bathroom.
1 Living room
1 small kitchen
Beige color carpet in living and bedroom
Light beige color floor kitchen and bathroom
includes:
electric, heat, washer/dryer, parking
What tenant they are looking for:
- Single or a couple
- No unreasonable noise level (I don't play mj or blast music)
- No smoking
- No pet (I had a bird which was ok by them)
What I like about this place:
-Extremely nice landlord couple that brings me food and always make sure my path is free of snow or dirt.
-Very clean and net.
-Beautiful flowers in front and back yards. Pear trees I eat the fruits of.
-Nice neighbourhood. Quiet but convinent as it's not facing Kingsway. The entire streets are full of large high-class houses.
-Low Rent!!!! They don't focus about rent as much as the person they are renting to.
What I don't like:
-Having to leave this home that I lived for 6 years!
Anyway, I don't get a comission nor am I hard-selling. I want to help them find someone good as a courtesy to thank them for taking care of me all these years.
