Need SUV buying suggestions within $30K range

Within $30K price range, I know Honda CRV is good, but how about the raising Hyundai or Kia SUV ?  Any quality difference between Hyundai and Kia since they are coming from the same family ?  I'm going to own not leasing. Thx.
