繼上次詢問牛仔褲的貼後
我又來請問大家的意見啦 啦啦啦~~~
我最近剛找到工作
在一件 financial company 工作
但是因為剛開始上班
沒有太多的錢錢 + 經驗
所以想請問大家

應該買什麼款式的衣服
還有哪裡買比較便宜

it all depends on the dress code your company has. Some company is kind of laid back about the dress code but others are not. So first you have to tell us your company's dress code.
in general, most companies prefer to see tailored, well-proportionated, clean and crispy attires. That means no big flower prints, no big laces. be subtle.
Pants have to be ironed and not dragging at the hem. shoes have to be semi-formal such as heels with no "loud" designs such as big bow or glitter or things like that. black and brown shoes are your best bet.

If you are young, say 20 something, you can check out fashion magazines that gives you tips on how to wear for work. I recommend InStyle magazines.
For your budget, i think old navy, gap, banana republic (clearance section), H&M and Urban Planet (look for some cashmeres vests and blazers there) has some decent prices with some fashionable work-appropriate clothes.

i'm working at the bank... the store dat i alwayz go to r suzy shier (the one at richmond centre is hving big sale) for blazers & pants.. for shoes, i'll go to spring, zellers, sears~ if ur feet r around size 5 & 6, u can try to look for some at the kids section, some of their shoes r pretty nice & cheap, last time i got a pair of white shiny shoes for 5 bucks at zellers, wohoo, almost 4 months now but still look gd.

bb blue sumtimes hv gd stuff too, but it all depends on wut style u like lah. just rmb to wear socks to work, i found it very disgusting for girls wearing high heels w/ no panty hose.... >_______< (esp when the shoes "head" is so shallow dat u can c the gap between toes)

I like to get my work clothes from Victoria's Secret online store.  They have some of the best fitting pants I've ever tried.  The web site offers a lot of ideas for work clothes too if you are not a big fan of online shopping.  Check out their looks and try to get something similar from local shops. (The attached pics are from the VS web site.) If your office allows you to dress a little bit out of the box, there are a lot of great shops along Main Street by the Sun Sui Wah Restaurent area that offers clothes from local designers.  Although a lot of them are on the casual side, some of the shops sell work approrpiate clothes.  The dress code at my work place is business casual, so I usually wear a pair of tailored pants with a knit top.  Bebe has some great suits if you don't mind spending a little more.  Mess, Zara, and Jacobs are usually good for work clothes.  If you shop in the Stats often, try Express, The Limited, and MNG by Mango.

PS - I almost never wear stockings and no one finds it disgusting.  I think hairy legs are more offensive then not wearing stockings. :p
