Long time no see !!!
I just received an email today regarding a post made by our members.

我集團在主席楊受成博士帶領下，現已成為一間從事地產、酒店、金融、娛樂電影、出版印刷、飲食及零售的多元化的上市集團，在香港和世界各地享有良好的聲望。近日，我集團發現貴公司運營的網站上載有包含對楊受成博士之不實陳述和攻擊性的言論。

上述網頁登載的言論內容嚴重失實，包含大量人身攻擊及冒犯性之內容。這些不實的陳述在公眾領域和商務領域給楊受成先生造成了極其負面的影響，已導致並可能進一步導致楊受成先生之名譽受損。

我集團認為貴司對所營運之網站所登載的內容應履行合理的審查和注意義務，當發現侵權行為時，應有責任及時採取技術措施，制止侵權內容的存在和傳播。

現我集團要求貴司：

1、於2008年12月12日下午17：00之前刪除有侵權資訊的頁面，並確保該頁面不能夠被繼續訪問。
2、收到本函7天之內：提供給我集團上傳或發表上述帶有侵權內容言論之公司/個人的註冊資料（名稱、聯絡方式等）、IP位元址等詳細資訊。

鑒於以上，希望貴司能夠及時履行作為互聯網服務提供商應盡的義務。

LYK/member can be sued for defamation...

Be careful when we're playing this kind of game with Mr. Shxxp....doctor? makes me want to vomit...

not even the canadian government can do that without the prove of criminal activities involved (like child porns)

I dont know what link did that LYK member post and what content it contains, but if only for flaw opinions like rumours that we can find in most hk magazine, they shouldnt have right to do that.
