This is the biggest drawback of Canada.... Human Right....

Giving too much freedom and people start to do whatever they want without suffering any consequence.

人權? whoever cries the loudest gets it.

that's so unfortunate.

I always think you should know how to behave yourself before you can get any freedom, that is why we got legal age, however, I think some people physically past legal age but mentally did not. And I think there is where all the problems started.

Besides "human rights", people should beware of "nuisance" too.

A nuisance would occur if your colleague right besides you turns his/her radio on in a tone that affect your comfort level, he/she is committing a nuisance to you. He/she can use a headphone to continue his/her enjoyment.

Bylaws also prohibit people smoking inside any public building area, including at the entrance within a certain distance. Smokers should beware to occur any unnecessary nuisance to others.

Speaking in an unreasonably loud voice or intentionally making loud noise in a public library is not allowed. That causes nuisance to others too.

However, if there isn't a plaintiff (complainer), and nobody is gonna carry out the rule, it's as useless as there is no rule.

This is not really about Human Right.  NOthing wrong with Human Right. it is how people interpret it.

For ANY system, ANY idealogy, ANY THING in the world, when it is new, many people will follow it and say it is perfect.  But ONCE people get used to it, they will try breaking it, finding excuse or gray area to benefit for themselves.  This is human nature.  You just cannot change it.

Think about this, if there is problem with Human Rights, then how about get ride of Human Right?  MOre problems, right?  then how about we come up with " Human Right 2.0", do you think it will stop people abusing the system for their own benefit?  it won't.

IT IS JUST HUMAN PROBLEM, HUMAN NATURE.

Imposing stricter law won't solve it.
Creating new law won't solve it forever.
making more law not only won't solve it but create more problem
losening law won't be good.
No law is even worse.

So, solution is. no solution. unless human is no longer what we are.

Aside from Human Rights,
