Actually I didn't even bring my camera(s) with me.
I just took a few shots with my friend's camera.
I am not too excited about the idea of taking photos when you travel.

On the other hand, I brought my 1DsM3, 5Dm2 & my G9, plus quite some lenses with me with my trip to Japan/HK the past Jan.! I would regret big time if I don't..! Then again.. I am photography-lunatic .. in some way.. anyway..!

I just took a few shots with my friend's camera.

That's right. It also depends on where you go to. I went to Hawaii just to relax and to spend some time outdoor, so having a big camera with me all the time would be an undesired burden. If I go to places like yellowstone or alaska, then maybe I would want to bring my camera along.
