琴日去完怡園, 隻13lb 同我之前食過果隻10lb 差唔多size, 唔知果3lb去左邊, 真係唔覺得多D, 但比多$60...唔係得我一個覺得..anyway...仲見到老闆娘響cashier食緊蟹腳, 真係唔知係未每檯都貢獻D比佢食

早知叫10lb算, 好似都係一樣0甘多, 比我既感覺好似執出黎切到差唔多0甘, 都唔似係用同一隻蟹

It is simple preparation.
However, you will need very good fire power.
The coil top electric stove only provide 8,000 BTU energy per hour,
while the Chinese restaruant stove would be 160,000 BTU,
It take a long time to heat up the large plate alone.
I would bake the crab legs instead if I have to cook it in electric stove.
