I only have a small head, boob and front part of my hands are skinny..
and my middle part of my body are like pregnant woman now... DAMN!!!!!!

ai.............. Everytime I open my closet and look at my previous "warrior skirt" ... I can only shake my head...

One of the mini-skirt I bought from ZARA teenage section, still brand new.. and never wear it....... =(

我唔理你哋點減呀, 不過食藥就一定有野跟手尾嫁喇! 如果有咁易洗錢食藥就減到就唔會有今多肥人喺街喇! 其實我可以比啲 tips 你哋, 就係唔好迷信啲人話食肉呀食飯肥呀, 其實唔係咁嫁! 食肉就食小小小就得喇, 食蔬菜同豆腐做主菜, 就千其千其!!!! 唔好唔食! 因為有好多野都需要 carbonhydrate 去 properly 分解同消化, 所以點都每餐起碼食三 "damp" 飯! 如果唔係跟本係減唔道嘅~ 女人減肥最重要都係節食, 第二係運動~

But I cut rice for one year, and I lose 10 lbs wor. (Well, combination of boil veggie, wonton and fish, exercise)...

As soon as I started eating rice and dating guy, it comes back..
So not sure if it's rice or it's guy. LOL

eatting too much rice will gain weight but eatting just enough will help lose weight much healthier fashion! excessive and improper weight loss will always have a rebounce so that's why once you eat rice after one year, it rebouces! 個"量"係好緊要~

i agree wiht Hium.. don't just eat veggies.. you need a balance diet!!!!!!


and I learned from school  that when people get older, it's NORMAL that they gain weight!!!! Our metabolism gets slower and slower when we get older; therefore, there maybe food that are not being digested fully or absorbed fully... and those are the so called extra 'weight'... it's normal that we gain 0.5lb to 2 lb a year la
